Custom Furniture Manufacturing

Due to the custom nature of our furniture manufacturing services, all custom furniture pieces are made to your specific specifications and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. We work closely with you during the design and approval process to ensure your satisfaction before manufacturing begins.

Furniture Restoration Services

Furniture restoration services are provided based on your specific requirements. Once restoration work has been completed and approved, returns are not applicable. We ensure quality workmanship and will address any concerns about the restoration work directly.

Furniture Assembly and Repair

Our furniture assembly and repair services are performed on-site or in our workshop. If you are not satisfied with the repair work, please contact us within 14 days of completion, and we will address your concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge.

Defective Items

If you receive a custom furniture piece that is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions.
